Look Out New Orleans!

Just heard today that Pictage has invited me to speak at their Partner Conference for photographers in New Orleans! Very excited to be honored with this selection. For those of you going to Partner Con 2009 -- see you there. I'll be leading an hour long discussion in the Photographer's lounge on legal issues facing professional photographers. Three First Place Prints!

For any of you stopping by the photography competition at the Ozark Empire Fair this week, be on the lookout for our three first place prints! Ann won first place in People w/text for a cool picture of Abby with two sunflowers and I won first place professional people division and transportation division. The transportation division picture was from Larry and Melissa's St. Thomas wedding. Our third place still life award was also from Larry and Melissa's wedding -- the cool blue King Baby wedding ring shot some of you have liked so much. We're so excited and honored to be recongnized again this year. Thanks for all your compliments!

Angela's Bridal -- Oasis, Springfield

Angela decided to take a modern approach to her bridal session this past week. We spent two hours enjoying the very modern, cool vibe of the Oasis Hotel/Convention Center on North Glenstone. The colors were beautiful and blended seamlessly with Angela's gorgeous dress. Her wedding is July 11th - just a few weeks away. Looking forward to it!

Larry and Melissa - St. Thomas, USVI

Larry and Melissa got married April 5 in St. Thomas. It was a privilege to be able to photograph their destination wedding. The Virgin Islands were almost as lovely as Melissa (but not quite). Their wedding is going to be features on a two page spread in 417 Bride magazine this summer. Make sure you check it out. Much credit to Debra, owner of Fantasia Weddings in St. Thomas. She coordinated a wonderful beach wedding event at Emeral Beach Resort that Larry and Melissa will remember forever! Stephanie and Jason - June 13th - Immaculate Conception

Stephanie and Jason had a wonderful and beautiful wedding mass last Saturday. We had some time between the ceremony and the reception and headed out and about downtown. After refreshments at Trolley's we wandered upon this beautiful background and had a moment of fun with everyone! Let me know what you think.
